Zion Stop, Start, Continue Online Survey Form

Below is an online version of the survey that was distributed in a January 25, 2010 letter to the congregation. The goal of the survey is to give all who attend Zion - either regularly or occasionally - an opportunity to help define the vision of Zion at its best.

The first part of the survey is a “stop, start, and continue” exercise. We’re asking you to prayerfully consider, then share with us, three things Zion should stop doing, three things Zion should start doing, and three things Zion should continue doing. After that, there is another section asking for you to list one or more successful things Zion has done in the past and what you think made them successful.

Please note that each entry is limited to 255 characters (approximately 40-45 words).

After prayerful consideration, here are three things that I think Zion should:

1. Stop Doing
2. Stop Doing
3. Stop Doing

1. Start Doing
2. Start Doing
3. Start Doing

1. Continue Doing
2. Continue Doing
3. Continue Doing

Here are some things that I think have been successful at Zion and the reasons that I think they were successful

1. I think Zion has been successful with
Why I believe Zion was successful with this
2. I think Zion has been successful with
Why I believe Zion was successful with this
3. I think Zion has been successful with
Why I believe Zion was successful with this
